Brown had the priveldge of shooting portraits for actor Jimmie Fails. His A24 film "The Last Black Man in San Francisco" centers around the brutal affects of gentrification in the Bay Area, as his character struggles to cling to the familiarity in his rapidly changing city. His portraits were shot on 35mm on Fujifilm 200.
